The diverse landscape of the Venosta Valley around Silandro/Schlanders and Lasa/Laas is ideal for a varied activity holiday beneath the 3000 m snowy summits. In the vincinity of Silandro and Lasa, active vacationers can find a trail network of about 100 km. The imposing mountain ranges of the Ortles-Cevedale massif in the Stelvio National Park and the Ötztal Alps in the direction of the main chain of the Alps are an inexhaustible reservoir for mountaineers, hikers and recreational holiday makers.
